The native Congolese who were powerful never thought about their own people and chose to support a war which could have easily died in the absence of these catalysts. But soon these capitalist forces realized that the military war is costly to sustain so to further increase their profit margin they employed a much more heinous and lower level of warfare which is now known as ‘Rape War’. They would publicly rape women inferno of their men and communities. They implemented this physiological warfare strategically and systematically across the lands. Since the men were not able to save their women, a deep feeling of helplessness and weakness crept inside the people which made them more easy to control. Now these people would not even think of human rights because they no ore felt human. Result was that there was no one to resist the capitalist forces when they are filling up their pockets with the resources. The second video ‘Fault lines’ is about Mans like Walter exploiting the human resource of underdeveloped nations. They are also using a similar exploitation scheme in which their direct accountability to exploitation can not be traced. They have made their supply chain so complex that to a distant observer it seems as if Walter clothes are coming from thin air. Reality is they are trying to hide their unfair trade practices through obscurity. In the disguise of a socially and morally responsible organization they are carrying out worst trade practices such as child labor, dangerously insufficient work environment, absence of worker’s rights and no accountability whatsoever towards any mishap during production. In order to increase their profit margin they are encouraging a concept called sub-contracting in which a direct supplier who is unable to fulfill his contract will pass a piece of work to some other contractor. These sub-contractor have small unregulated areas which they ignorantly call factories’ which in reality is Just a shack in someone’s backyard. In case of any accident such as fire accident these places act more like concentration camp wherein people easily get killed unable to get out. Role of Imagery Essay Imagery is important in all Shakespearean plays because it helps the reader to understand the storyline more thoroughly. It is a key tool all author’s use to give a deeper understanding to his or her writing. An online source explains what imagery is: â€Å"The use of vivid or figurative language to represent objects, actions, or ideas† (thefreedictionary. com). In Macbeth, Shakespeare adds many uses of imagery in order to provide a deeper understanding to the form of literature. All of these uses of imagery play the role of developing character and atmosphere in Macbeth.During the play, Shakespeare uses imagery of clothing to reveal Macbeth’s disgraceful character to the audience. Within the play the imagery of clothing portrays that Macbeth is trying to hide his â€Å"disgraceful self from himself and others. † The imagery of clothing seems to consistently come up whenever Macbeth’s downfall takes a new step. First, clothing imagery is used when M acbeth is named the new thane of Cawdor. After Ross and Angus give Macbeth this new title he says, â€Å"The thane of Cawdor lives: why do you dress me/ In borrow’d robes? † (I, ii, 107-108).This particular circumstance is a quote, which shows one of Macbeth’s positive aspects about his character. The clothing imagery Macbeth used was his question of why he was given a title that someone else already has, relating to a borrowed piece of clothing, which someone already owns. This reveals that at the beginning of the play, Macbeth was very respectful to others, and didn’t wish â€Å"to step on anybody’s toes. † Secondly, clothing imagery is again used at the end of the play when Angus talks about how Macbeth now must feel about all the wrong he has done.Angus says, â€Å"now does he feel his title/ Hang loose about him, like a giant’s robe/ Upon a dwarfish thief† (V, ii, 20 – 22). The clothing imagery of a dwarf wearing a robe, which he stole from a giant, relates to the title of king, which Macbeth stole from Duncan. It is meant to explain that the role simply did not fit him. This reveals that Macbeth’s ambition, definitely adds to his disgraceful character. Macbeth is consistently represented symbolically as the wearer of clothing not belonging to him. Since these garments he has taken do not belong to Macbeth, it results in a uncomfortable feeling for him.Thus the use of clothing imagery throughout the play was definitely used to reveal Macbeth’s disgraceful character. In order to develop Macbeth’s character, Shakespeare uses animal imagery many times throughout the play. Initially, animal imagery is used to show Macbeth’s positive character when King Duncan is hearing a wounded sergeant’s report on the battle. When King Duncan asked the sergeant if Macbeth and Banquo were afraid when the second attack on Scotland began, he said, â€Å"As sparrows eagles; or th e hare the lion† (I, ii, 35).This quotation uses sarcasm to show Macbeth and Banquo were as afraid of this second attack as an eagle would be afraid of a sparrow, or a lion would be afraid of a hare. In nature, neither of theses predators would be afraid of their prey, so this quotation reveals Macbeth’s bravery to fighting, and loyalty to the king. Secondly, animal imagery is used to reveal Macbeth’s character when he beings to fight against Malcolm, Macduff, and Siward at the end of the play. Right before Macbeth finds young Siward in battle he says, â€Å"They have tied me to a stake; I cannot fly, / But bear-like I must fight the course† (V, vii, 1-2).This use of animal imagery relates to a form of entertainment from the past where a bear is tied to a stake, and defends itself against many dogs until it looses. This relates to the fact that Macbeth is stuck and unable to flee from battle, and will fight like a bear until he perishes. This quotation aga in reveals Macbeths bravery even though he brought on his own demise. Thus, Shakespeare used many examples of animal imagery throughout the play in order to reveal Macbeth’s character. The imagery of darkness is consistently used to develop a dark atmosphere throughout the play.Dark imagery is first used to set a dark atmosphere when King Duncan names Malcolm the next king of Scotland and Macbeth expresses how he truly feels about this news. After Macbeth hears about the new Prince of Cumberland, he says, â€Å"Let not light see my black and deep desires: /The eye wink at the hand; yet let that be, which the eye fears, when it is done, to see† (I, iv, 50-52). In this â€Å"aside†, Macbeth expresses how he has dark desires of murder in order for him to become king. This is the first time we see the dark imagery, which sets the general atmosphere for the rest of the play.Furthermore, dark imagery again sets a dark, mysterious mood when Lady Macbeth reads the lette r about Macbeth’s intentions for the king when he spends the night at his castle. After she reads the letter she exclaims, â€Å"smoke of hell, /That my keen knife see not the wound it makes, /Nor heaven peep through the blanket of the dark† (I, v, 51-53). In this scene, Lady Macbeth uses dark imagery to set the mood of anticipation of when the king will be murdered. She is saying that it must be night when it happens so that the heavens won’t see the deeds they are planning to commit.Thus, dark imagery is used throughout the play to set a dark, ominous mood. Without a doubt, imagery plays a role of developing atmosphere and character in Macbeth. Shakespeare includes many uses of imagery that aid to the development of Macbeth’s character, and to the dark, ominous mood of the play. Fly away peter Essays Fly away peter Paper Fly away peter Paper Essay Topic: Literature There are many pushing factors in the book fly away peter that push the main character Jim to enlist in the army and leave the sanctuary that he loves and go fight in World War I. Although there are obvious factors that push Jim into enlisting there are also many subtle parts of the book that open his mind to the option of war. Jim is mainly affected by his widening of perspective and all the small and large pushing factors are slowly widening his perspective and allowing him to move on and continue to widen his view upon the world and Jim chooses to broaden his views by enlisting. Jims first experience (in the timeline of the book) that begins to widen his perspective is his meeting with Imogen, seeing her picture of the sandpiper and listening to her explain the migration of birds they come down from the north, you know, and winter among us. In Norfolk, I mean. (pg 27 lines 1-3). This is the start of Jims broadening of perspective and it is what starts to make way for Jims experiences to push him to enlistment. The migration of birds is amazing for Jim because it reveals to him that his sanctuary is not the only place for these birds to live and that they are able to cross vast distances and make it back here on the right day at the exact same tree on the exact same branch. This information allows Jim to start thinking past the sanctuary. Shortly following Jims discovery of Imogin Jim is sent into Brisbane to collect items that Jim and Imogin need. Jim begins another experience that it truly the one that brings the idea of enlistment to the front of his head. : This experience is in the Criterion (a pub) in the ladies lounge in Brisbane where he meets a lady called Connie. Jim and Connie start talking under the pretence that Jim is leaving for war Are you joining up too? (page 39 line 8) this boosts along Jims thoughts about war. They got talking, and on the assumption that he too was off to the other side of the world and would need something to remember before he went. Jim is taken over to Connies house but while he is going over all that he can think about is the violence going on behind him. This opens Jims eyes to how the conflict at home relates to that on the other side of the world. This encounter being under the pretence of Jim going to war allows Jims mind to wonder about himself being a soldier and how this experience would be if he really was going of to war. As the book progresses is Jims experience in the air changes how he perceives the sanctuary and is a massive factor in Jims enlistment. Before the flight Jim believes he has no interest in new sights new views of things didnt interest him. (page 51 line 7) And relieves that he has a blood fear of leaving the ground. Jim already has a map in his head of the sanctuary and once he is up in the air he can see all the pieces of his map revealed and placed together. He realises that he is seeing things just as the migrating birds would see them. This fact allows him to throw off his fear of the ground and open his mind to the whole world, he starts to wonder what the bird see when they are in Europe. This experience to Jim is extremely powerful as it; shows that Jim is interested in widening his perspective and seeing new things, and allows Jim to put the Sanctuary into perspective and place an image of the whole place allowing it to become a part of his life and not his whole life as it was. This allows him to move beyond the sanctuary and onto its opposite, war. Along with Jims experiences that push him towards enlistment there is also his father that plays a factor In Jim leaving for Europe. Jim has never been intone with his father and when he talks with his dad about the war Jim makes up his mind that he would go to war. Jim always wished not to be like his father and when his dad says Id go meself. (page 56 line11) Jim knows that his father would never do this and Jim felt the ground tilting, as he had felt it that first day in Brisbane, to the place where the war was, and felt the drag upon hi f all those deaths. (page 56 lines 17-20). Jim makes the connection from this experience to his one in Brisbane (that allowed him to consider leaving). Later he was to think of that view from Berts plane as his last version of the world he knew, and of their momentarily losing sight of it when they turned to come down as the moment when he knew, quite certainly, that he would go. (page 56 lines 23-27). These lines show that Jim is able to momentarily forget about the sanctuary and relate his experience in the air to leaving the country. Jim makes his decision to leave in a single moment, it almost seems like he detaches himself from the sanctuary in that moment and allows himself to move onward. Although Jims father starts off this sequence he also starts another series that made Jim see his past and his future in one moment His father had got sentimental at the last. He had given Jim five quid and tried, as if he were still a child, to put his hand on the back of his neck, which was newly raw from the barber. It had made Jim, for a moment, see things differently, as if a line had been drawn between the past and what was to come, the two parts of his life, and he could look at all that other side clearly now that he was about to leave it. (page 58 lines 8-16). Jims father is a massive factor in Jims enlistment and all through the book Jims massive decision had only came about while his father was around. All these factor that have been mentioned are all pushing Jim to expand his view on the world and open his mind. With Imogin Jim starts to open his mind and think about the birds journey and When he leaves to Brisbane Jims perspective continues to widen and starts his thinking on over the war. The experience on the plane shows that Jim has interest in new sights and this experience allows him to move beyond the sanctuary. Finally is Jims father who allows Jim to make up his mind on going to war. This book is full of factors that widen Jims perspective and the ones I chose in this essay I believe help Jim both in obvious ways but also subtly help him make up his mind.

Recovery of Digital Evidence Introduction The University suspects that a case of wrongdoing has been undertaken by a member of staff within Edge Hill University and the computer forensic team, of which you are part of, has been asked to investigate.   You and your team have been asked to launch an investigation into alleged misuse of the Universitys IT system. The office used a member of staff has been isolated, sealed and secured. The staff member has been interviewed by IT services as well as the Dead of faculty and HR and has subsequently denied all wrongdoing. Items from the staff office have been recovered by your team. The evidence recovery has been conducted in a rigorous secure manner in lines with a strict methodology. The Principles of Digital Evidence Evidence Recovery Process From the start of the process there must be a set way to conduct the investigation, the crime scene is a very delicate place in terms of collection of critical vital evidence, which if left unsecure could be easily be altered or corrupted, therefore its important to follow several key stages, the first being; The Plan of the Investigation Where are, we going to find the suspected evidence, i.e. on Computer system, Smart phone, USB, floppy disc, Hard Drive. How to conduct the Investigation My Flow Plan Right to Search and Seizure In order to conduct an investigation there are Legal and ethical aspects that are very important and must always be adhered to key points that would always be considered when its decided that evidence will need to be received; Just because there are several computers in the house doesnt necessary mean that they should all be seized for forensic inspection, the person attending the crime scene must have Reasonable grounds to remove possessions and there must be justified reasons for doing this. Due to the sensitive nature of the investigation it would always be a necessary moral characteristic that the investigator would be honest and truthful. Consideration as to whether what items are likely to hold key information, i.e. there would no point in seizing a microwave when we are looking at a computer related crime. Consider the offence, narrow down the time period of suspected crime. Items found that are connected to internet are likely to contain key information and should be seized. Documents/booklets, notepads to be seized as they may hold online storage accounts and passwords where information is held. Approach Strategy This all would be done using a Flow plan for the team to follow as discussed in Assignment 1, Capture of relevant information One of the most important steps within the whole process, if mistake is made here then the whole investigation is under threat. The room was secured and isolated to risk the impact of any tampering with evidence. This could basically fail in to a very similar category, this may involve the collection of volatile date. Volatile data is the data that we have at the scheme of the crime that may be lost if the investigator doesnt follow the correct procedure, i.e. recording what state the computer is on at that time. The Volatile data would be stored for example on a PC in the Ram (Random Access Memory) and would contain key information such as website data, chat history etc. that may be key to overall success of the investigation. Bagging in secure bags that are tamper proof insuring that they are labelled acutely with a reference number for later inspection. Suspected member of staff interviewed denied any wrong doing. Data recovered from the USB drive, seems to just be Standard information but further analysis is needed to establish truth. In order to check individual files, I will use OpenSteg application, the reason to do this is it will check each induvual file in order to establish any hidden files located on the the USB. To do this I will use a programe called OpenSteg which will highlight any hidden information OpenStego Menu,- As you can see we can Hide or Extract Data from a any file, in this case we will be Extracting the Data from the chosen file. Forming the whole investigation, we can see from the Time Line, what information and by what process was followed It is with my Recommendation that the Case be referred to CPS for Criminal Proceedings. Due to the many breachs with in the law, (Data Protection, Computer misuse act, It Computer Policy) and the and the vast amounts of money received, it is unlikely that internal University formal proceedings would bring accountability for the thief. In Conclusion, it would also be recommended that upon Criminal Proceedings being initiated, that an order for the Proceeds of Crime Act be sort to recover the ill-gotten gains.

God wants his creations to have power-with instead of longing to have all the power to their selves because power-with can help bring the relationship between everyone stronger.15. Boycott: Withdrawal from commercial or social relations with (a country, organization, or person) as a punishment or protest. o. Throughout history, there have been many boycotts regarding because people have been treated unfairly.16. Strike: Refusal to work as a form of organized protest, typically in an attempt to obtain a particular concession or concessions from their employer. p. Many strikes have taken place because employees are not happy with the way they are treated by their employers,17. Action: To change the situation in a way that allows all the people who are involved to experience the good life that the Creator planned for them. q. People should take the action of helping to increase peace and health in the world.18. Direct action: Action that occurs on the level of individual relationships and is aimed at meeting an immediate need. r. When we do direct action, we can immediately help those in need.19. Social action: Action that occurs on a level of social structure. s. When social action is taking place, we can spread the awareness of the problem to people who pay no attention to such horrors in the world.20. Basic ecclesial communities: Small groups of Christians who gather to celebrate the liturgy, hear the Scripture, discuss problems they face in society, and find solutions through inspiration of the Gospel. t. Basic ecclesial communities gather together to help those in need through ideas from the Gospel.21. These words do not always mean how they sound. Gender plays a big role in today’s society where men are thought to be more powerful than women physically, mentally, and emotionally.
